So last week I was fortunate enough to do a session of EFY in Provo, UT. I was on the Blue team. It was amaaaazing. And I loved it. It went so well:) And I loved my girls, so dang much. I even got to teach the For Strength of Youth Activity on gratitude, and that was an awesome experience.

That One Time I Was Nervous

For some reason when I returned to EFY, I was sooo nervous. I couldn't put my finger on it. But I had my stressed face plastered on me.


Turns out I had no reason to be nervous- Turns out I had a total blast!

First, Sean, MaKenna and I went to Wal*Mart and bought little kiddie floaties and noodles. Then we went to the footbridge and floated in the river. It was so relaxing, and it was the perfect temperature. I loved it, and had so much fun.

Afterwards, we drove to this greek place in Lexington. Emma took all these pictures, and I just think they're funny, so I kept them:)

Then we went to this place MaKenna calls Tom Falls. It's this creek up the mountain and it's suuuuper slick. After relaxing on the rocks for a while, MaKenna decided she wanted a group picture, so we set the camera on the rocks and jumped in the water. But I set the timer and as I was trying to get in the picture the first time, the timer went off and I missed it. You know why? Because I slipped on the rocks and fell completely in the freezing water. I was soaked! And it hurt, a lot. I bruised my knees, and hand. And it was quite painful. Anyways, the second time I barely made it into the picture. The third time I kind of made it into the picture. So MaKenna set the camera up and we did a group picture the fourth time and we all look SUPER awkward, so just pretend we look normal.

When we got back, we showered and changed, and met in the lobby of the Lofts where we played cards and watched Enchanted! It was so much fun:)
